Do I get access to the same curriculum?

Yes. You get the Whole Executive Course, the same material covered in the ECA. You can also add some products and mini-courses included in the ECA, such as the Foundations Report.

How much time does this take each week?

As little or as much as you want. The course is on-demand and self-paced, so you move at your own speed. The one live anchor is the weekly Leadership Edge call, around 60 to 90 minutes, and every session is recorded if you cannot attend live. Most members get real traction with a few focused hours a week, even with a demanding schedule.
